Two ways to celebrate America's Birthday at Independence Seaport Museum

Fireworks Spectacular - Saturday July, 5   7:00 - 10:00 p.m.
Enjoy the prime view of the fireworks from our Olympia's Fantail at our Fireworks Spectacular. Tickets include:

  • Access to the Seaport Museum
  • Classic American Picnic with open bar
  • Ragtime music by the Gin Canaries 
  • A delightful assortment of wines provided by WSTO.com
  • Ice Cream sponsored by Franklin Fountain
Tickets are $100 for non-members, $75 for members and $25 for children 12 and under. Young Friends Members: $70. No tickets will be sold at the door for this portion of the Fireworks Spectacular event. Wristbands will be given at the door and must be worn for admittance. Family Fireworks Viewing - Saturday July 5 

The Seaport Museum's main building will stay open late so visitors can enjoy a VIP view of the fireworks from our 2nd floor balcony. Regular admission includes:
  • Access to the Seaport Museum
  • Free activities for children
  • Refreshments and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase (while supplies last)
  • Amazing views of the fireworks over the Delaware River (fireworks will begin at approx. 9:00 p.m.)

The activities are included in regular Museum admission. Tickets are $13.50 for Adults, $10 for Children, Military and Seniors (65 & over). Members and children two and under are free. Should you purchase a Seaport Museum admission ticket earlier in the day, visitors may come back and enjoy the activities on the 2nd floor balcony. The Museum will remain open until the end of the fireworks display.

The Seaport Museum $5 after 5 p.m. promotion will not be offered on July 5 and the Historic Ships will close at 6:00 p.m. To avoid the crowds, please arrive early or take public transportation.
